Test parts and pre-series

Also in small and middle production sizes we produce good and favorable pre-series and test parts with laser technology. It is difficult to differentiate them from the series quality.

Our production methods

Punching and forming

We have automatic punching presses with a pressing force from 30 t to 400 t. We use these to manufacture cold- and hot-formed components made from all common types of steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.

Due to a table length of up to 2,000 mm, we are able to realize a variety of your articles in a sequential compound - precisely and precisely.

We process belts from 0.5 mm to 6 mm material thickness using the punching and punching-bending process.  

In our manual punching workshop we process materials with thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 10 mm on eccentric and hydraulic presses with a pressing force from 100 t to 630 t.

Joining procedures 

In our component manufacturing area, all the conventional methods are available to you. We combine our components both with melting and cold joining procedures, and on request also to form complex assemblies. 

We will gladly present you our portfolio in person and using real examples show you the cost advantages offered by our component manufacturing using deep drawing procedures compared to, for instance, castings and precision castings. 

Most of the components are assembled on-site, but depending on the situation also at our subsidiary HiSteel in Lithuania.

In cooperation with a select number of external partners, we offer all common coatings such as:

Final mounting of components and assemblies

Depending both on the complexity and batch size of the component or assembly, we use partially automated assembly technology for quality and cost reasons.

For process and cost optimization, it is possible and highly recommended to integrate your supplied components into assemblies after consultation.

Inspection of components

In order to fully satisfy our customers of the automotive industry and other industries, we test components in our test centers regarding function, completeness and tightness.
