Reliable quality management is something we take for granted. Here you can discover what we do for our well-known customers from various sectors to guarantee the best quality of our products.


Facilities and procedures

For quality assurance during production, we use not only gauges but also various other equipment, testing, inspection and analysis tools.

We test components for tightness, function and completeness, use 2D and 3D measuring machines, an optical measuring system, testing devices for hardness and surface as well as the CAQ system Babtec.

We are certified according to IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Security policy

We see information security as an important component of a permanently well-functioning organisation. Thus, it is a permanent corporate goal. This results in an ever-present security awareness in all work. Every employee plays a part in permanently improving the level of security and the associated methods and processes, as well as in maintaining business efficiency in the event of an emergency.

 

The goal is to permanently maintain a trustworthy security level with an information security system adapted to the requirements.

We therefore undertake to take appropriate measures to ensure the functionality of the business processes of HISTEEL and its customers and ensure the availability, confidentiality and integrity of the data. Threats such as force majeure, technical failure, negligence or carelessness and vulnerabilities that favour the occurrence of these threats are to be identified in order to avert damaging events and thus avoid damage.

 

Our security objectives include:

  • Reliable support of business processes by IT and ensuring the continuity of work processes within the organisation.
  • Preserving the value invested in technology, information, work processes and knowledge
