After you have completed all departments, we will discuss your career opportunities at HISTEEL with you. For this purpose, we will check current vacancies in various departments and compare them with your strengths and interests in order to guarantee you a long-term and successful cooperation. It is possible to advance to a managerial position if required and with several years of experience and suitability.

We will develop an individual training and further education plan for your department together with you. Furthermore, we regularly offer basic seminars such as English, German and MS-Office. These are usually held in or near the company.
