Strategic Investment in Future Leadership – “Edon Mini MBA”

In March 2025, a team of 14 managers and specialists from Hi-steel began the “Edon Mini MBA” training program, which they successfully completed in November 2025.
This was a 9-month program consisting of 160 academic hours, purposefully aligned with our company’s long-term strategic goals and focused on strengthening leadership competencies. The program brought together key decision-makers and strategy implementers within the organization.
The exclusive curriculum covered the most relevant topics for modern business:

– Latest legislative changes;
